HOW do customers return items?
We require proof of the damage submitted to email@example.com of the damage for us to assess, with a picture of your receipt of purchase.
SHIPPING for returns?
All shipping is to be paid by the customer.
CREDIT for returns?
There is no credit for items returned. Any returns, upon assessment, will be compensated monetarily.
All returned items need to be in their original packaging, in order to have the return application accepted.
